How often do you complain that you “have to” do something that is actually something you are choosing to do? When you label the action as a “have to” it feels heavy, ugh, yuck, don’t want to! But if you shift your perspective to “I choose to” then the task feels lighter, easier. You are doing it, being in the moment, and just getting things done without the complaining or grumbling.
