Episode 32 – Plan and then Let Go

Even if you love to just float down the river of life, like I do, you still have to choose the location where you want to launch your boat into the water! Your challenge for the day — spend an hour mapping out the things you want to accomplish in the next 90 days. Schedule the “big rocks” first — the important tasks that usually get pushed aside by the little emergencies of life, like running out of milk. Once you have this schedule in place, you can then relax and check in with yourself on a daily basis as you sit down to work. And you can revise your plan during your weekly self-check ins. But getting a plan in place is essential to balance your go with the flow, feminine side.
